PrintPack 2025: Keyway Sales showcased digital cutting system

The ColorCut SC7000 Pro-T XL was launched globally in 2024 and has gained significant traction in international markets. The product debuted in India at PrintPack India 2025.

According to Bhupesh Tilwani, sales catalyst, Keyway Sales Enterprises, the SC7000 Pro-T XL is a digital cutting and creasing system that offers versatile finishing solutions for B2+ sheet sizes. It eliminates the need for physical dies, making it ideal for custom packaging, folding cartons, greeting cards, and other short-run applications. 

He added, “The SC7000 Pro-T XL stands out for its ability to handle B2+ sheet sizes, making it suitable for larger print jobs and wide-format applications. Its die-less cutting technology, user-friendly software integration, and advanced registration system set it apart as a versatile, cost-effective solution for printers and converters.”

The SC7000 Pro-T XL was developed in response to the increasing demand for short-run finishing solutions and customisation in packaging and print applications. It was inspired by the need to reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and enable greater flexibility in design and production.

Tilwani said, globally, the SC7000 Pro-T XL has been embraced by packaging companies and digital printers for its ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal setup time. A European printer reported a 30% increase in productivity after adopting this system for their short-run packaging projects.

In addition to the SC7000 Pro-T XL, Keyway Sales also showcased its label-cutting machine, LC330 and automatic cutting machine, SC6500.
