In his opening address, Jaiveer Singh, president of IPAMA, emphasised that this year's exhibition is the largest ever in terms of exhibitors, space bookings, and visitor expectations. With nearly 600 exhibitors and a booking area of 33,800 sqm, the event is set to welcome an estimated 125,000 visitors, showcasing the growth and demand of the industry.

Prashant Vats, director, operations, IPAMA, confirmed that 576 companies are participating, with 272 offering live demonstrations.

Vats also highlighted a new trend where exhibitors prefer participating in selective, large-scale events for better impact. He emphasised the cost-effectiveness of PrintPack, where participation fees, after discounts, can go as low as Rs 3,300/sqm, making it an affordable yet high-value platform for businesses.

With an increased net area of 33,800 sqm and a gross area of 75,000 sqm, PrintPack India 2025 is expected to unveil several new machines and cutting-edge technologies, reinforcing India’s position as a global printing and packaging hub.
