PrintPack 2025: Nilpeter to showcase new FB-17 press

The new FB-17 press — also available in a 14-inch model — comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art components to boost production efficiency and quality. Key features include six flexo print units and a gravure unit, an automatic butt splicer from Erhard + Leimer for uninterrupted production, a cold foil station, GEW LED curing technology, hot air dryers for water-based inks, and a VDP inkjet system from Nilpeter’s VDP partner, Condot. 

The FB-17 supports multiple delivery options to enhance end-of-line versatility, including roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, cut-and-stack labels on a starwheel conveyor, and fan-folded solutions. 

This flexibility enables print providers to meet various customer requirements seamlessly. 

PrintPack India attracts a broad spectrum of visitors. To engage this diverse audience, Nilpeter will demonstrate various job applications on the FB-17, including ice cream cone sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels, wrap-around BOPP labels, shrink sleeves, and wet-glue beer labels.
