PrintPack 2025: Precision Cutting Systems unveils Art Check software

Precision Cutting System showcased its new machine ‘Art Check at PrintPack 2025. The machine works as a proofreader comparing the proof of customer-approved artwork to the first run. The machine points out deviations from the master file. The software ensures they are all precise to the tea, comparing it to the scanner and UI.

In 2025, the company plans to finish working on the software. “There is a dire need for quality assurance and quality checking in the print industry, and that is what we are here to provide,” said Ninad Nair, sales executive, Precision Cutting Systems. 

The company’s prime product over the years has been its Accucut Paper Cutting Machine Program, also referred to as the Patwardhan Program, after the company’s founder. This machine has automated paper-cutting technology offering an accuracy of 10 microns, increased production by 250%, ease of installation on paper-cutting machines, ease of operation and an embedded system.

Precision Cutting Systems also showcased Codemat, for pharmacode scanning mix-up detection, blank sheet detection for leaflets and a dual camera system for leaflet folding machines.
