Conway Machine

Conway Machine will showcase its gripper bars for Bobst 102 and 106 die-cutters. The company has been serving the industry with after-market solutions since 1972. It is designed to grip paper and pull it through a die-cutting machine precisely. The gripper bars are designed to provide the industry with OEM-level quality products at a price that accommodates more businesses. It offers construction paired with lower costs ensuring reliable performance while helping customers save on operational expenses. The company will also showcase a range of replacement components for gripper bars and stripping products. These parts are precision-engineered to ensure long-lasting performance and compatibility. This is the company’s first appearance at PrintPack.
Druck & Bindung
Druck & Bindung will launch its new product Megnabox automatic collapsible box assembly machine, the Magnabox DB-1000Z at PrintPack 2025. The company will also demonstrate the machine at the show. The machine has been developed to cater to the emerging needs of the rigid box packaging industry. It is suitable for collapsible box wings assembly and sideboard assembly. It can also assemble book-shaped boxes (closure boxes) by replacing the feeding module. The main machine is flexible and multi-purpose, allowing the machine to be more effective. It’s a multifunctional solution. Not only does it assemble the collapsible boxes but it can also assemble the closure boxes on the same system by just replacing the feeding module. The machine has high accuracy and efficiency and can save labour costs. This will be Druck & Bindung’s debut at PrintPack 2025.
DGM Automation

Puneet Aggarwal from DGM Automation stated that its star product will be the SmartFlute 1450. The automatic, fully servo driven flute laminator has a running speed of 160-m/min or 13,000 sheets/hr with front registration +- 0.5mm and side registration +- 1.5mm. The company will display the Technocut 1050S automatic flatbed die-cutter with four-side waste removal and micro-adjustment of the tools, which has a speed of 7,600 sheets per hour and can run a solid board range of 80- to 2,000-gsm and three-ply fluted corrugated sheets. It will also showcase its TechnoFold 1100SL automatic flute laminator capable of solid board 170-800-gsm and three-ply carton update folded thickness 15-mm. The machine’s speed is about 300-m/min.
Emerging Graphics

Emerging Graphics will showcase its IECHO BK4-1312 digital cutting machine and Focus inkjet printer. It will also exhibit its pre-press software range, including the EngView CAD Software and the PaSharp Graphic Suite. The company will introduce the Focus inkjet printer for the first time at this show. This is a small format inkjet printer for corrugated boxes, which prints at 1,200-dpi using HP printheads and prints in single pass for the print width up to 17-inch. Emerging has been a regular exhibitor at PrintPack since 2015.
Excel Machineries | Hall: 9C / Stand: G 23
Excel Machineries’ prime product at PrintPack 2025 is its automatic die-cutting machine, the Maxima HS1020 size 28x40-inch. The product was first launched in 2017 and is used to manufacture carton boxes through die-cutting, creasing and embossing. The maximum sheet size it can work with is 715x1.020-mm and it can produce about 7,500 sheets per hour. It is also available with an online stripping unit. The machine has been made in India and is capable of die-cutting duplex boards and corrugated sheets. It offers great returns on investment and requires little maintenance. The maximum die-cutting speed is of about 5,000 sheets per hour with a hydraulic system and oil temperature cooling. The company has 393 customers so far.
