PrintPack 2025 preview: Keyway Sales - Lucky Plastics

Keyway Sales
Hall: 17 / Stand: L14  

Bhupesh Tilwani of Keyway Sales said the company’s star product is the Intec ColorCut SC7000 Pro-T XL B2+, catering to the demands of wide-format digital finishing. It is a digital cutting system offering versatile finishing solutions for B2+ sheet sizes. It eliminates the need for physical dies, making it ideal for custom packaging, folding cartons, greeting cards and other short run applications. The machine was launched globally in 2024. This will be the first time that the product will be launched in India. Live demonstrations of the product will also be held. Tilwani said the product has been made in response to the increasing demand for short-run finishing solutions. It aims to be a cost-effective solution for printers and converters, decrease turnaround time and enable greater flexibility. Currently, there are over 500 installations of the product in the market. Keyway Sales is participating in PrintPack India for the first time.

Kodak | Hall: 16 / Stand: K34
At the 16th edition of PrintPack 2025, Kodak will showcase its pre-press, software and inkjet technologies that help printers meet industry challenges and profitably serve their customers. The Kodak booth will feature a Kodak Trendsetter platesetter, which leverages Kodak Squarespot imaging technology, providing precision, and reliability for efficient platemaking. Kodak will also showcase the Kodak Prinergy platform, which offers smart workflow automation and support for traditional analogue and digital printing processes. The Prinergy platform is compatible with virtually all third-party software and equipment and connects with a broad range of digital presses. “We look forward to welcoming printers and graphic arts professionals to our booth at India’s biggest trade show on printing and packaging technologies,” said Bhalchandra Nikumb, print solutions sales director at Kodak. “PrintPack attendees will experience Kodak’s range of leading-edge pre-press and print solutions designed to enhance and complement conventional printing processes and maximise productivity, flexibility and profitability in inkjet digital printing.”

 

Komori India | Hall: 16 / Stand: K41  
Komori India will present its technologies at PrintPack 2025. Jun Sudo, president, Komori India, said, “We are keen to have more time to interact with individual customers and prospects to learn about their needs, exploring new opportunities for mutual growth with our latest offerings featuring our new Lithrone G40 Advance & GX40 Advance EX Edition, and Enthrone G29, a new and upgraded version of Enthrone 29.” The upgraded and new Lithrone machines feature new functions to lower power consumption up to 18% while printing and reduce paper waste. Likewise, the Enthrone G29 is an upgraded model with new specifications for reducing power consumption and boosting ROI. Launched at Drupa 2024, the Lithrone GX40 EX Edition is a UV-equipped 40-inch seven-colour press with double-coating as well as Komori’s super short makeready and smart colour technology. On the other hand, the Enthrone G29 is a compact and capable machine that has been adopted worldwide for its efficiency in delivering print quality. 

Kongsberg
Hall: 14 / Stand: I 26

The Kongsberg X20 digital cutting table, part of its X series, will be the centrepiece of its booth at PrintPack India. Andy Dickens of Kongsberg said, “The Kongsberg X cutting table has been tailored for the packaging market for short runs and sampling and to deliver
die-like finish samples. The Kongsberg X20 was developed to evolve with the changing needs of its users. It is capable of adding new tools for new materials and new applications, boosting capacity to add volume and enter new market segments.  The product is designed to produce 500-1000 boxes per shift and offers unrivalled versatility.” At PrintPack, Kongsberg will also demonstrate the FlexiHead tool, typically used for folding cartons, corrugated and most other paperboards. It combines accurate cutting with power for materials. such as solid boards and the full range of synthetic materials used for packaging and displays. It features three tool positions for the full range of standard insert tools. There are more than 12,000 users worldwide, and more than 250 machines in India.

Krishna Graphics
Hall: 17 / Stand: L9  

Krishna Graphics will showcase the Nikka Wet Washcloth for automatic blanket cleaning during PrintPack 2025. The product was launched in 2004. It cleans the inks of rubber blankets in offset presses. It has been manufactured in Japan using high-density non-woven cloth with zero linting and high-quality washing solvents with high flashpoints. The endline sensor has been installed to prevent mishaps and vacuum-sealed rolls help enable a high shelf life. The product increases productivity and reduces the need for manpower. It also reduces the downtime of the machine by cleaning at a fraction of the time that is required in manual cleaning.

Kumark Vacuum Systems
Hall: 9D / Stand: F15

Kumark Vacuum Systems will exhibit its pump model CBX62-L-VBVB-01 along with four other products at the show. Kiran Kumar of Kumark said, “It is a dual type vacuum pressure pump used in printing machines for paper feeding. It has a dry pump with two vacuum and pressure ports. The product’s design is Japanese. The dual type pumps help increase the speed of the machine, fold any size and thickness of paper, reduce double sheet pickup and help customers save time. According to Kumar, millions of these pumps are currently being used worldwide.

Line O Matic | Hall: 16 and 17 / Stand: 9B
Line O Matic will launch its automatic reel-to-reel flexo printing machine which will be demonstrated live at the show. The machine is designed to cater to flexographic printing and helps create packaging, paper bags and paper cups. The machine’s web speed is 200-m/min, the reel width is between 400 and 1,250-mm, the core ID is 76.2-mm, the printing width is 1200-mm and the inking system is of a chamber doctor label system with a double blade.

Lucky Plastics
Hall: 16 / Stand: K79, 80 and 81  

Lucky Plastics’ will showcase its PP sheets, which were launched in 2003. The product is used for packaging and notebook making, and will be demonstrated live at the show. These polypropylene sheets are lightweight and durable and available in transparent, translucent and opaque colours and offer matte, glossy, and textured finishes. The product has a high strength to weight ratio and was developed to provide a lightweight, versatile, and cost-effective material that can meet the evolving needs of industries ranging from packaging to automotive.
