Megabound India

Megabound will showcase 20 machines, including a bunch of new launches at PrintPack 2025. There will be an exclusive unwrapping of the new fully automatic case-maker, box assembling machine, and spine cutter. Srinivasa Reddy of Megabound India said the new Megabound machines to be launched at the show are designed and engineered with upgraded features and capabilities. “The features and advancement of our machines help our customers engage productively in creating and delivering high-quality outputs which meet the growing market needs,” Reddy said, “Our machines are now increasingly selling in the overseas markets too. Megabound is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. “With a showcase of our 20 flagship machines and launches of a handful of new models, we will mark our silver jubilee celebrations at PrintPack 2025,” Reddy said.
Monotech Systems

Monotech Systems will unveil the upgraded KnowzzleJet inkjet web press at PrintPack 2025. Developed in collaboration with Pressline India, the KnowzzleJet delivers affordable, high-quality prints with eco-friendly water-based inks. Introduced in 2020, the KnowzzleJet is designed for a range of commercial applications, including books, transactional printing, and direct mail. The press supports roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and roll-to-fold formats and boasts 1,600-dpi resolution for both monochrome and colour printing. Akash Kumar of Monotech Systems said the press is a product of the company’s commitment to providing digital solutions, developed locally to meet the needs of the Indian market. At PrintPack, Monotech aims to showcase KnowzzleJet as the future of inkjet printing in India. With 10 presses currently in operation and installations at publishing houses like Arihant Publications, Bhavik Publications, Saurabh Printers, YCT Publications to name a few, Monotech Systems aims to become a leader in the segment.
Nippon Color

Nippon Colour will highlight Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series digital inkjet book printing machines, a solution for the print-on-demand category. It offers both monochrome and full-colour printing options, allowing customers to choose between a width of 440-mm for printing two-ups of A4 sheets a width of 660-mm for printing 3-ups of A4 sheets with impressive speeds of up to 120m/min, this product is designed to redefine efficiency and flexibility in digital book printing.
The Pixelprint HD Series will be officially launched at the show. The first machine is set to be installed in India soon after PrintPack. The Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series addresses the challenges of printing books on-demand, even in quantities as low as one book. With its high productivity, the machine can print over 50,000 A4 sheets per hour, making it ideal for both short and medium print runs. It is powered by Epson’s HD Printheads, ensuring fine quality prints with smooth gradients. According to the company, the inspiration behind the development was to create a technology that empowers publishing houses with the ability to handle both short and medium print runs efficiently.

Nilpeter will showcase its latest press innovation, the FB-17, which delivers exceptional flexibility and quality across a diverse range of printing applications at PrintPack 2025.
The new FB-17 press — also available in a 14-inch model — comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art components to boost production efficiency and quality. Key features include six flexo print units and a gravure unit, an automatic butt splicer from Erhard + Leimer for uninterrupted production, a cold foil station, GEW LED curing technology, hot air dryers for water-based inks, and a VDP inkjet system from Nilpeter’s VDP partner, Condot. The FB-17 supports multiple delivery options to enhance end-of-line versatility, including roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, cut-and-stack labels on a starwheel conveyor, and fan-folded solutions.
