Twirl Digitech
Hall: 17 / Stand: L93

Twirl Digitech will showcase its HXCP CP paper folding machine at PrintPack 2025. It was launched in 1996. The product will have live demonstrations. The machine is used to fold paper from as low as 28-gsm thin Bible paper to 210-gsm board paper. The folding machine is easy to operate, stable and durable with high speed and high efficiency. The machines can fold into half, cross fold, accordion fold and double parallel fold. Aashish Daftari of Twirl Digitech said, “The HXCP CP folding machine was developed to achieve precise folding outputs with consistent quality. The fine and straight grain steel roller makes it extremely suitable for thin paper. The electric knives enable accurate durable folding output and three standard knives enable wide range folding. The intelligent PLC control system has been designed to improve machine efficiency.” The machine was introduced to the Indian market a year ago, and companies such as Thomson Press have issued repeat orders. Over 9,000 machines have been installed worldwide. Twirl Digitech will also showcase book finishing solutions, such as book edge gilding and printing. This will be its maiden participation at PrintPack India.

UV Graphics
Hall: 5/ Stall: C-14 & 24

UV Graphics is set to make history at PrintPack 2025, held at the Noida Expo Centre, with the launch of the world’s first flexographic press featuring AI technology. The company will showcase its groundbreaking Ultraflex UFO AI, a state-of-the-art flexo press designed to revolutionise the printing industry with its advanced AI-driven interface. The Ultraflex UFO AI promises to redefine operational efficiency by significantly reducing the reliance on operator skill while streamlining processes and minimising errors. This innovation is poised to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced, high-volume printing market. The press boasts a 100% inspection system linked to an instant register system, positioning it as a strong competitor to digital equipment, particularly in the short-run label and flexible packaging segments. The UFO AI incorporates dual servo technology, a system UV Graphics has refined over seven years with over 160 successful installations worldwide. This technology ensures reliability, precision, and speed, enabling converters to achieve exceptional print quality. The press can handle a wide range of substrates, including BOPP, IML, PVC, Board, PS, and unsupported labels, with an impressive speed of 200 meters per minute. It also features the largest diameter impression cylinder in the industry, delivering CI-type results at a fraction of the cost of traditional CI presses.

UFlex
UFlex is set to exhibit its advanced range of inks, coatings, adhesives, and printing and packaging machines at PrintPack India 2025. UFlex’s participation promises to provide an overview of its chemical and engineering product solutions, highlighting its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and technological advancement. UFlex Chemicals will present an innovative product range of UV and UV LED printing inks suitable for sheetfed, narrow web, letterpress, screen, and web offset printing applications. Additionally, it will showcase its UV coatings, specially designed for décor and construction applications, alongside a range of water-based specialty coatings offering oil and grease resistance, heat sealing, and special effects properties. It will also highlight its water-based lamination adhesives for paper bags, rigid boxes, and mono carton applications.

Webtech International Machineries
Hall: 5 / Stand: C18 and 19

Webtech International Machineries showcase its flexo presses in both single and dual servo at PrintPack 2025. Both presses will have live demonstrations at Webtech’s booths. Shiv Nandan Singh of Webtech said, “The fully servo flexo press is designed for label and flexible packaging printing. It supports a wide range of substrates, including paper, film, and laminates, and ensures exceptional print consistency with its servo-driven automation.” The printing width stays between 470- and 650-mm, and has a single and duo servo on each print station. It prints on BOPP, polyester, LED, PET and substrates as thin as eight microns. It also has energy-efficient drying systems. It enables converters to achieve precision in shorter time durations and its advanced registration system helps manage wastage, allowing companies to align with their sustainability goals. Webtech will also be showcasing a thermal roll slitter-rewinder, a honeycomb paper die-cutter, and a label slitter-rewinder at the show. The company first participated in PrintPack in 1998, and has participated in every edition of the event ever since.  Its manufacturing facility is located in Faridabad.

Zund
Hall: 16 / Stand: K-34A

Zund will showcase the G3 L 2500 at PrintPack 2025, the company’s first-ever showcase of the G3 series in India. Live demonstrations will also be conducted. The G3 L 2500 can be used to cut two-dimensional designs on various substrates, such as FBB boards, corrugated boards, plastics, rubber vinyl, and several other products. These machines are used for short-run production and sample-making processes. Its cutting area is 1800x2500-mm, its speed is 1.4-m/second and the maximum thickness is 50-mm. Customers can buy the basic version of the machine and upgrade it at the site to increase its productivity. The vacuum zones in the machine can be split into two halves — front and back. The operator can load the jobs alternatively from the front and back of the machine for nonstop operations. This can be done with a conveyorised table so that the machine operates non-stop.  Additionally, Zund will also showcase its digital software cutting solutions. It participated in PrintPack in 2015 for the first time.
