Print Generic Systems was founded in 2009 by KR Suresh. The company has installed more than 150 post-press pieces of equipment across India, the UAE, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania.
Talking about what the company is exhibiting at PrintPack 2025, KN Ramesh, partner at Print Generic Systems said, “We are promoting our flagship product, which is the UV curing system.”
The UV curing system is the company’s best-selling product. “We have installed around 25 UV curing systems, all for the packaging industry. We provide full systems. Some customers opt for one or two cassettes, while others go for four or five cassettes,” Ramesh said.
The company has closed one order for a UV system, one for a die-punching machine, and one for a window patching machine. The companies that have made these purchases are based in Chennai and Bengaluru.
When asked what trends he observed among the visitors, Ramesh said, “They are looking for value-added products in addition to standard printing. There's a strong interest in cold foiling and UV systems, especially since we are focused on the packaging industry.”
According to Ramesh, the exhibition has grown larger, with more machines on display. He said, “We feel that the footfall has been lower this year.”
In 2025, Print Generic Systems aims to sell machines worth Rs 10 to 15-crore.
