Printpack 2025: Renuka Softec to unveil AI-enabled chatbot

The product was launched as a pilot project six months ago. It will be demonstrated at the show.

According to the company, the product was developed with the help of Indian printers.

The main inspiration behind it was to zero in on the response time for the routine tasks and client questions, thus utilising the staff in more productive activities. The chatbots offer round-the-clock support, ensuring customers receive prompt assistance whenever they need it. The company has 20 installations.

At the show, the company will also showcase its ERP solutions for cartons, labels, corrugation, aluminium foil, pharma tubes and so on.
