“These orders stand as a testament to the trust and confidence our customers place in our products and our commitment to delivering high-performance machinery designed to meet the evolving needs of the printing industry,” Shiv Nandan Singh of Webtech said.

The highlight of the Webtech stall was the introduction of its two fully servo presses.

The 670-mm working width press features dual servo motors on each print station. This press ran at an impressive 220-m/min during the show, demonstrating exceptional speed and efficiency.

The 450-mm working width press is equipped with a single servo motor on each print station. This machine achieved a speed of 150-m/min while maintaining perfect dot registration, showcasing its precision and reliability.

“These innovations reflect our commitment to enhancing performance and ensuring the highest quality output for our customers,” Shiv Nandan Singh of Webtech said.

During the show, Webtech International Machineries secured multiple orders. These include three orders of its fully servo flexo press  Labeltech S4 & S3 Series; two orders for its thermal roll-slitting and rewinding machine, Rollmaster Pro + series; one order for its A4 copier sheeter machine, copies master series; and five orders for its honeycomb die-cutting machine Wrapmaster series.

Building on the momentum from the show, Webtech has announce upcoming innovations:

Totally Gearless Machine: Soon, the company will launch an entirely gearless machine featuring an 800-mm working width with five servo motors on each station. This development is set to further redefine precision and efficiency in the flexographic printing arena.

Offset Label Press: In addition, the company will launch its new offset label press next month, specifically designed for short-run jobs in flexible printing. This press is tailored to meet the growing demand for high-quality, short-run production solutions.
