PrintPack India 2019: UV Graphic’s made-in-India label press to run live at the show
Noida-based UV Graphic Technologies will conduct live demonstrations of its Ultraflex UFO 370 nine-color label and film printing press. Besides this, the company will also showcase Ultraflex UPM universal combo plate mounter and high-power Ultracure UV LED systems.

The Ultraflex UFO 370 press was launched at Labelexpo 2018.
Abhay Datta, director, UV Graphic Technologies, said, “The machine offers an instant makeready with less than three metres of waste, and runs on a wide variety of substrates. It consists of hybrid combo dryers, inline hot-foil, rotary screen, die stations with gap adjustment, semi-rotary die-cutting.”
The press can handle films as thin as eight microns up to 150 microns, and labelstock along with carton boards up to 350gsm.
“Customers can achieve quality registration without waste of material and the machine can run at a speed of 150 metres per minute,” added Datta.
Till date, the manufacturer has installed Ultraflex UFO 370 machine at Jupiter Laminators, Chemline India, and Dutta Press.
Apart from Ultraflex UFO 370, UV Graphic will also highlight its hybrid LED UV, water-cooled electronic UV systems, plate mounters, and slitting machines, among others.

The countdown to the PrintPack India 2019 has begun. The six-day show with more than 480 exhibitors and over 24,500 sqm of booked floorspace is set to commence on 1 February 2019 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
