DQS India, which audited this category, says, “ITC Packaging and Printing Division is India’s largest converter of paperboard into high quality packaging.

The company has implemented several sustainable measures in print and packaging unit at Tiruvottiyur, which includes energy conservation projects, renewable-wind energy plant, water conservation projects, and recycling projects, complying all social norms.

Above all, the workers are provided training adhering to global standards. Overall score of ITC Packaging and Printing Division is high when one considers the green footprint.
If one looks at the sustainability score matrix (social, environment and economy), ITC Packaging and Printing Division is a clear winner of the Green Printing Company of the Year.
