With a production capacity spanning up to 1,500 tonnes per month and presence in Europe, UK, Canada, Africa and Middle East - the Parakh team follows the best manufacturing practices of
BRC-IOP and HACCP as well as the SEDEX (SMETA) standards for social and ethical compliances.
From ten tons in 2010 , the group exports 300 plus tons per month in 2023. This is 25 to 30% of the entire sales portfolio of this specialist in high barrier blown films and high resolution flexo as well as roto printing. Vinay Nalawade of Parakh said, it is 1,500 MT / month.
Parakh has contributed to the Indian flexible packaging sector with many firsts in the flexo and blown film. It has mastered digital NX plate-making; fully automatic ink dispensing; G7 certifications; water-based inks; use of high barrier polymers as well as the use of 50% PIR is most of non-food products. All this has notched up a healthy sales revenue growth from
Rs 2 crores in 2008 to Rs 350 crores in 2023.
The factory is in expansion mode, in order to meet quality standards and create sustainable and low-cost options to many of the sectors in the food and non food categories.
