The company impressed the jury with its commitment to these standards and its innovative approach to meeting customer needs. This includes incorporating security features, customising packaging to fit product requirements, and adding Braille to the packaging.

For the Trichup Hair Serum, Art-O-Print added a micro-emboss on the pack shot.  Microtext featured on the the image of a comb in a woman’s hand , which are visible through an eyeglass. The packaging was printed on 350-gsm folding box board (FBB) using offset printing. It features a matte and gloss UV finish, embossing, and hot gold foiling. The monthly run length for this product is 10,000.

In the case of Propofol injection cartons, an in-built partition was suggested to accommodate the weight of the bottle and prevent breakage during transit. The packaging was printed on 400 FBB board, with a run length of 50,000.

For the Nykron package, Art-O-Print added a special pocket to hold the tablets visible from a window. The job involved printing on a Heidelberg CD 74 five-colour press on a 300-gsm Ultima board, featuring embossing, film window lamination, and an in-built partition. The monthly run length for this project is 30,000.

Lastly, for the Ropinirole Mylan package, Braille was added to three panels using a 300 FBB. This involved post-press work on a Bobst Experfold and included three Pantone colours plus black, with a monthly run length of 3,000.
