PrintWeek Awards 2024: Bharat Containers Nagpur wins Packaging Converter of the Year (FMCG) (Joint Winner)
Bharat Containers, which introduced aluminium monobloc aerosols in India in 1967, won the Prism on the strength of its innovations in aluminium aerosol cans. Constantly upgrading, Bharat Containers has 11 production lines and additional product equipment to meet its customers’ demands.

The samples were printed on an eight-colour dry offset printer for aluminium aerosol cans. Special care was taken during post-press to prevent the colours from contaminating each other during printing. Eight Pantone colours were used, and the post-press included gloss varnish and necking to shape the cans.
The Fogg Oud Treasure features the image of a treasure box, and the company prints deep luxurious colours and fine details through its precise printing process.
The Fogg Wonder Woods can feature the image of a forest with a 3D effect, showcasing Bharat’s printing expertise. The simple yet elegant white background highlights the brand name.
The design for Fogg Evening Hues can capture the serene beauty of a sunset with gradient hues transitioning from warm orange and pink to cool purple. These gradients were the most challenging part of the job.
The Fogg Extreme Desire features a complex design of a vintage lamp, along with a swirling smoke effect reproduced with high precision, creating a visually striking product.
