The winner of the category in 2023, CDC Printers returns to reclaim the Prism with an array of stunning real estate catalogues that feature varied effects and print- and post-print enhancements to match the grandeur of the projects they talk about.

The four samples, with print runs ranging from 500 to 1,500-copies, were printed on Mitsubishi and Heidelberg presses on Montblanc Extra White and Natural Evolution White paper. The pages were bound using the back-to-back pasting technique.
Urban Majestic for Urban Developers is a set of three brochures, each of them replete with varied effects. The cover features raised spot UV, while the pages have gold foiling and spot UV.
An Ode to the Crown Living for the Uttarayan Group has special gold printing as an additional colour and aqueous coating. The gold foiling on the cover adds a touch of subtle elegance.
Srijan Heights for Srijan Realty comes with metal electroplating for a premium finish. It also features silver foiling. The blind deboss on the cover adds to the visual appeal.
The Varanda for Purti Homes includes two brochures, carefully placed in a protective slipcase and housed in a paper bag. The product showcases CDC’s commitment to the highest level of craftsmanship.
