The Burger King fries tub is an eco-friendly box that replaces polyethylene-coated tubs with a bio-compostable food-grade coating. This BioSeal coating is a patented formulation prepared by the ITC Life Science and Technology Centre. These are specially designed for oily and fried food applications, incorporating oil and grease-resistance, leak-proof and spill-proof properties. The tubs were produced from virgin folding paper board. High deposition of two different grades of BioSeal coating was applied through a roller coater. 50,000 pieces were produced. 

The blend of blue with a natural white-grey background of the Antiquity Blue Ultra Gold whisky carton was reproduced through offset. Post-press included coarse matte varnish, smooth post glass texture, copper shade hot foil stamping and registered embossing, all adding to the branding of the package. The structural competence of the package is achieved through the three-ply carton with a middle micro-fluted layer. The top tuck-in and auto lock-bottom profile add to the east of product filling. 1,00,000-cartons were produced.  

The paper-based envelopes for Twinings align with global efforts to reduce plastic waste and its environmental impact. This innovation eschews traditional packaging in favour of sustainable alternatives. The designs with detailed halftone images were printed on a gravure line. It was a challenge to achieve high-quality print output on paper, as it is a porous material. The final results were achieved with base coatings and specified depth of cylinder engraving. The run length is 5.21-lakh metres. 

Designed and reproduced with a combination of different printing technologies, the idea behind the Oaken Glow carton was to give it a rich look through various value additions and sturdy support, from rigid high grammage board to reel lamination. The graphic designs are perfectly curated with a high-resolution natural burnt and smokey wooden texture. The inner surface of the package has a solid black shade printed on gravure. 50,000 cartons were produced.
