These advancements are not only reducing our reliance on plastics but also providing versatile, functional, and smart solutions that meet the needs of modern consumers and businesses.” And this is what Parksons has been doing.

Since May 2021, when US-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus acquired a majority stake in the company, Parksons Packaging has acquired three converters. The first was Manohar Packagings, a specialist producer of packaging for alcoholic beverages with plants in Goa and Rajpura.

The second was in March 2023, when Parksons acquired MK Printpack. MK Printpack has three manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, Daman, and Haridwar. Parksons’ third acquisition was Baddi-based Fortuner Packaging.

With 13 manufacturing plants across the country, Parksons is a leader in paper packaging. That is why the company has been titled the PrintWeek Company of the Year for the fourth time — and deservedly so.
