When it comes to packaging innovation in the pharmaceutical industry, Printmann is a renowned name, and its winning samples, were most impressive.

The Diclofenac embedded carton has a leaflet and dosing card, bound together and pasted inside. The carton was printed on a KBA printer on 320-gsm folding box board (FBB), and the leaflet was printed on a Heidelberg printer on 40-gsm Bible paper. The monthly production volume is 10,50,000 units.

The Zolmist nasal spray carton is a five-panel carton without a magnet. Printmann replaced the previous magnet with a locking mechanism to create a more sustainable solution. The post-press treatment included gloss lamination on the carton and silver foil stamping on the carton and the outer and inner panels. The monthly production volume is 50,000 units.

The Diamicron foil includes security features such as a guilloche pattern, micro text, and relief text to prevent counterfeiting. The aluminium foil was printed using a combination of multiple printing processes, including flexo and gravure.

The Hepbest carton features metPET plus screen varnish on the front and back panels. During pre-press, the layout was designed in such a way that the strip laminations appeared on the desired panels. The job was printed on 270-gsm FBB, and the monthly production volume was 25,000 units.
