PrintWeek Awards 2024: Sai Paks India wins Customer Service Company of the Year (Joint Winner)

Pune-based Sai Paks India has been a PrintWeek India Awards winner in the Quality Category. This year, it bagged the Customer Service Company of the Year Award based on its supply and service rating, a crucial aspect of measuring a company’s performance.

The company shared ratings it received from its clients, such as Mapro, Noble VetScience, IOCL, and Sigma Engineered Solutions, among others. Its rating score falls in the range of 95 to 100%, which emphasises Sai’s packaging quality, perceived value, and trust.

Nobel VetScience complimented Sai for the excellent support provided during its peak season. “We have worked with many suppliers for different kinds of material, but in our case, we found the best in terms of quality, service, price and timely delivery.”
