PrintWeek Awards 2024: Spectrum Scan wins Innovative Printer of the Year (PET, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PP, PS, metal/glass) (Joint Winner)

The brief behind the Dove floor standing unit was to create a high-impact, eye-catching, visible unit along with a display area LED screen having a cloud-based solution. The unit was self-explanatory with out-of-the-box technology.

It was a challenge to reproduce the client’s artwork for such a huge display asset. The product details were enhanced using Adobe Photoshop. It was a complicated process to integrate a PU paint unit with a screen display and convey the message to the end customer. 

The unit was made in medium-density fibreboard, PU  painted with a high-gloss finish, and HP Latex printing on self-adhesive vinyl. 

With the help of Spectrum Scan’s in–house facility of designing, die-making, thermoforming and printing, the unit was manufactured and designed to get the best quality and real feel. 60 units were produced.
