The goal of the Kerastase FSU for L’Oreal was to direct attention to the newly launched product. Integrating a green board fusing in PET with a high-end print output was a complicated process. The entire unit was made of square pipe powder coating, HP
Latex printing on clear vinyl, PET, and SSPL green board. 100 units were manufactured using in-house design and printing.
For the Blenders Pride special effects posters, the client supplied files, which were modified to a screen printing colour gamut for CMYK + mirror + white in Photoshop. The job was then printed on a semi-automatic screen printing machine, seven colours on a clear substrate. Post-press treatment included DF, HIPS, LED, vacuum forming, painted panel and unit branding with HP Latex printed vinyl. The board attracts attention due to its mirror effect quality of printing. 100 units were produced.
500 units of a Pepsi Vietnam Decal were screen printed on a semi-automatic machine, one colour at a time (CMYK + special colour) on 80-micron Spectrolite vinyl. The job involved skill and commitment to reproduce soft tone and contrast balance with consistent quality for OEM supply.
The strategy for the Sunsilk FSU was to showcase a new product launch. The special feature of the unit was the reproduction of the actual product. The job was screen printed. Post-press treatment included DF, HIPS, LED, vacuum forming, painted panel and unit branding with HP Latex printed vinyl. It was a challenging job to produce and implement accurately as it involved several technologies. 100 units were produced.
