PrintWeek India conducts outreach in six cities
PrintWeek India has had a busy start to 2014, holding three round table events and attending three conferences in six different cities in the last month.

It was high season for the PrintWeek India team with
- Romancing Print (15 January) in New Delhi,
- Indian Institute of Packaging’s (IIP) Indpack and a two-day conference (16-18 January) in New Delhi;
- a round table in Faridabad,
- Print Pack Sign Digital (17-19 January) in Ahmedabad;
- the Jaipur Literature Festival (17-21 January) at the city’s Diggi Palace,
- the Masterclass series at SIES GST in Navi Mumbai and the recently concluded
- BMPA-Ricoh Print Summit 2014.
At three of the above events, the PrintWeek India team hosted round tables with the industry leaders. At each session, the panel discussed the changing identity of the industry and how to stay ahead of the curve.
PrintWeek India's technical editor, Sachin Shardul said: "High voltage particpation at these events is a testimony of the growth and opportunities in the Indian print industry."
Interestingly, Sachin Shardul also documented Daman, an important manufacturing hub located 193 kilometres north of Mumbai, along with neighbouring Vapi and Silvassa, which consist of more than 125 packaging printing firms.
