PrintWeek India to host Breakfast Session for top print CEOs on 26 August

The Breakfast Session co-hosted by Canon India and PrintWeek India will be held on 26 August, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai.

It will be an exclusive closed-door session for premium members of the Indian print industry; and those print firms who have excelled at the PrintWeek India Awards.

The focus will be on Why And How We Buy Secondhand Machines.

As Noel D'cunha, deputy editor of PrintWeek India said: "The aim is to empower the Indian print industry and create a print owner’s forum which can draw upon each other’s strengths and weaknesses."

Wayne Morgan, the digital publisher for Haymarket Business Media shall make a presentation - and shall discuss the most relevant trends in the industry.

Wayne Morgan has been publishing websites for editorial, recruitment and classified search across varying industries and markets, UK and Global since 1997. At Haymarket this includes: pressXchange.com, which is the world’s leading website for sourcing used graphics (printing) machinery and prinweek.com, the world's most visited website for the printing industry.

pressXchange.com is a gated website requiring users to register to interact with the seller. The current universe of registered buyers is nearly 150,000; this includes over 12,000 from India. Its popularity continues to grow and currently around 45,000 people visit the website every month looking for equipments.

In addition, there will be presentations by Dr Alok Bharadwaj, senior vice president, Canon India

Sachin Shardul, assistant editor (technical) of PrintWeek India will highlight the tech-specs of the award winning jobs which the jury members spoke about. D'cunha added: "Some of the jury members will be present and shall interact with the award winning print CEOs."
