Prism Offset makes a third Komori investment

Delhi-based Prism Offset, a loyal Komori customer, is all set to install its third Komori press in its Kutch unit in Gujarat. The brand-new five-colour Lithrone GL 537 was booked Drupa 2024 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany.

The first Komori press installed at Prism Offset was an Enthrone 429. “It was in the year 2015 we installed our first KOMORI press—Enthrone 429, which is indeed a perfect answer to the increasing demands for quality and consistent print outputs from our clients,” said Chhabra, adding, “We were satisfied with the press’ flexibility, proficiency and productivity which in turn boosted our work volume and print quality to another level, we went for the second Komori Enthrone 429 in 2019.” 

He added, “Both the Komori Enthrone 429 presses are of four colours. And the newly booked Lithrone GL 537 is a five-colour press. We have chosen this new press for its speed and other advanced features. In addition, we are quite comfortable and satisfied with the after-sales support and service of the team Komori India.” 

The Komori Lithrone GL 537 accommodates short turnarounds and short-run production of different end-products. It operates stably at the maximum speed of 15,000-sph, compatibly taking on varieties of media with maximum sizes up to 640x940-mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.04 to 0.6-mm.

Headquartered in Delhi with two production units in Noida Sector-63 in Delhi-NCR and Kutch in Gujarat, Prism Offset offers a diverse range of products, such as tags, stickers and labels, inserts, calendars, leaflets, gift boxes, corrugated boxes, etc. They boast a huge client base comprising corporate biggies. 

“We are now eagerly waiting for the day to unfold a new chapter of quality and quantity printing with the installation of our brand new five-colour Lithrone GL 537 at our Kutch unit, which is scheduled to take place in October this year,” Chhabra concluded.
