Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach to eliminating defects in any process - from manufacturing to transactional - especially in products and services.
During their presentation, both the delegates discussed and showed about statistical process controls and need of production excellence in newspaper production plants.
Even as they followed the story of Noah’s Ark to help the delegates understand ‘Creating an entrepreneurial culture of innovation and empowerment achieving sustainable technology’ the vision statement of the group.
Both the speakers talked about the difficulties they faced during the implementation of the process and what kind of advantages and saving they have after implementing it.
If your production is process-driven then production will be excellent, concluded the speakers.
