Eden BM 1013
Eden is a first timer at Pamex and the company is showcasing its flagship product BM 1013, a corrugated board, cardboard and fabric cutting plotter. This is a robust digital cutting table which is heavily built for smooth and sturdy operation. Driven by servo motors, BM 1013 is equipped with heavy duty tool head with three or four tool positions. The standard configuration consists of a pen for marking, an ocscillating knife which can cut up to 15mm thick and a creasing wheel for corrugated boards. Eden has used Pamex 2011 as its launch platform for BM 1013 cutting table. Eden has installed more than 250 cutting tables of different sizes all over the world. The company is looking for channel partner to market its product in India.
EskoArtwork - Kongsberg XE 10
Versatile, ergonomic and flexible hand applicator ErgoStar developed by Robatech scores with several advantages. It is suitable to apply all types of hotmelts such as EVA, PUR and PE, adhesive hotmelts or sealing compounds with highest precision in the form of beads, spirals or by spraying. The nozzles can be exchanged and adapted to the requirements of the job on hand. The new design enables the operator to work without tiring and takes health considerations into account. A particular plus point is the ergonomic "cool-touch" handle of a special plastic material. Even if used for longer periods, the handle is pleasantly cool to touch and prevents burns. Robatech has installed more than 40 ErgoStar in India.
Riso – MZ 870A
Riso MZ870 two-colour digital printer can print up 150 A3 sheets per minute of 46 to 210 gsm thickness. As Riso is known for its no pre-press and plates to print techniques, the same system has been applied here. The digital printer runs on high-speed digital master making and full automatic stencil printing technology. Just prepare the design and print is a click away. The sheets are printed with a resolution of 600x600 dpi. Ranjith Kadiroo, head of sales, stated that these printers are suitable for short-run jobs. "We have sold around 10,000 printers including 200 MZ870A printers," he added. The company claims that this is the least electricity consuming digital printer with a consumption rate of one unit for continuous three hours operation. Riso has its presence in India from last 20 years and the MZ870 is four-year old.
