Provin announces partnership with Japan’s Miyakoshi

As Provin Technos completes five years, the New Delhi-based agency has added another feather to its already distinguished cap by introducing Miyakoshi Printing Machinery in India.

Miyakoshi is a Japan’s leading manufacturer of industrial printing machines. The company’s product portfolio includes a variety of digital presses and rotary offset presses, which the company says, are designed and manufactured to address the ever-changing production demands in the global printing world. These include digital on demand printer, business form printing machine; label printing machine, commercial offset printing press and others.

Provin Technos made a formal announcement about the partnership on 2 July 2017 in New Delhi, in an event organised to celebrate five years of the company.

While Miyakoshi is an untried product for the Indian market, Provin is optimistic about its acceptance among Indian printers. “We hope to install the first machine from Miyakoshi in India by the end of this year,” Vinay Kaushal of Provin Technos said.

Miyakoshi digital presses are supplied only by the OEM, Kaushal said, adding, “We will cover Miyakoshi’s rotary and semi-rotary presses.”

Provin Technos is the India representative of Ryobi MHI Graphic Technology (RMGT), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Printing & Packaging Machinery (heatset web offset printing press), and Engine (industrial knives from Germany).

The company has so far installed 45 RMGT presses in India. According to Kaushal, the figure is likely to reach up to 60 in the next couple of months.
