Established in 2010, Spande is a high-tech enterprise that focuses on the field of intelligent printing and packaging equipment, integrated research and development, design, production, manufacturing, sales and services. Flexo printing machines

AC Series: 700- and 800-mm web width flexo printing and converting line with substrate handling capacity from 12 to 800 microns with a speed range of 250-m/min. Sleeve technology for faster changeovers and multiple options for interchangeable units.

S-7 Series: Fully automated flexo press with a web width of 370-, 450-, 520-mm and substrate handling capacity of 12 to 450 microns with a speed range of 200-m/min. This press has an auto register and auto impression setting achieved by eight servo controls and two intelligent vision systems installed on each unit, ensuring no manual setting in start-up.

S-5 Series: Automated flexo press with a web width of 370/450-mm and substrate handling capacity of 12 to 300 microns with a speed range of 200-m/min. 

Inkjet press

Inkjet web press with a web width of 660-, 440-mm and substrate handling capacity of 50- to 250-gsm microns with a resolution of 1200x1200-dpi and a speed range of 100-m/min for 1200x600-dpi. The press is built for a print run of 10 to 15-million pages/month. 

The Spande digital printing machine uses high-density, high saturation, colourful, and durable water-based environmental-friendly ink, reflecting the experience and crystallisation achievements of Spande’s core inkjet technology research and development. Combining the unique professional printing head positioning technology with Spande's nozzle splicing technology to achieve seamless printing between nozzles, the print quality has been enhanced to the next level.

The use of a high-quality Epson i3200 (8) A1HD nozzle, coupled with various ink-adding systems, online maintenance modes and online nozzle maintenance enables the press to achieve high reliability, stable operation and consistently high print quality. This makes Spande one of the best inkjet presses in the segment in terms of achievable quality, reliability and commercial viability.
