Will Pune be the next Mumbai?

Print CEOs in Pune will be a part of roundtable discussion slated to take place on 28 March 2014.

This is part of an initiative by Pune Printers Owners Association (PPOA) and PrintWeek India. The aim is to discuss printing trends in Pune and Maharashtra in particular; and India in general.

For the Pune roundtable so far eight CEOs have confirmed their presence. One of the focus area of discussion will be whether traditional printing on offset is under threat due to surge of digital.

This includes print CEOs names from Ganesh Offset, United Multicolour Printers, Pratiroop Mudran, Akruti, Pratiroop Mudran, K Joshi & Sons, Spectrum Offset and Kadam Digital Transprint.

Noel D’cunha, deputy editor of PrintWeek India, will be moderating the session. The session will include an overview of the print industry and formal round of questions which will be discussed in great detail by the print CEOs.

Ravindra Joshi, past president of PPOA and managing director of United Multicolour Printers, said, “Such discussions will be useful for the medium and small print firms and will enable them to improve their business-taking decisions.”

PrintWeek India has hosted roundtable discussions in Bengaluru, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Faridabad.
