PUR-Book Maker of the Year: Silverpoint Press

This is Silverpoint’s second Award this year, following its win in the magazine category.

The books are printed on a Heidelberg LX five-colour plus online coater. The press has a size format of 28x40-inches.

Runwal Bliss for Runwal Homes has a run length of 2,000, printed on 130gsm Renoir Extra White paper. The job is printed with four processes plus special gold with gold foil stamping on the cover.

Reliance Mumbai Indians book for Reliance Industries has a run length of 500 and is printed utilising 130gsm Leykam matt paper. The jacket is 220gsm Leykam matt. Post-press involves gold-foil stamping, spot UV, satin aqueous and matt lamination. Bound with PUR 444 Pro system, the book remains in a flat position on opening it.

Ganga Art Deco booklet for Ganga Fashions has a print run of 1,500 and is printed using 160gsm Mont Blanc Extra White paper. The cover is 270gsm Mont Blanc Extra White and features gold foil stamping. All pages are satin aqueous and bound with PUR 444 Pro system.

Kasturi Epitome brochure for Kasturi Realty has a run length of 500 and is printed on 160gsm Renoir Extra White. The cover is 260gsm Renoir Extra White.
