18 mRC-3D cameras for colour register and cut-off control with AIMS were installed on the TPH Orient 45000 and two mRC-3D on the extra tower of the TPH Orient. These installations took place in Noida.
21 mRC-3D installations were done at the Dehradun-based Orient Xcel press and two installations were done on the TPH Orient press in Kanpur and Moradabad, respectively.
According to the company, the mRC-3D camera is the fastest in the world and can measure the paper web accurately as well as independently of the focus distance and distortions in the paper web. This ensures a very short response time, as a result of which substantial savings can be achieved on paper insertion.
