Reifenhauser launches latest version of Gidue’s Combat M1 at Labelexpo India

Reifenhauser, the Indian representative of Nuova Gidue, AVT, Durst etc, has come to Labelexpo India 2012 to showcase some of the latest presses from its international partners.

The company launched the latest version of Nuova Gidue’s Combat M1, a 370mm wide 8-colour press with hot foiling stamping, cold foiling, eight UV lamps and three die-cutting stations. The fully mechanical press with inline defect detection system from AVT was running live at the stall.

The highlights of Reifenhauser stall include the video display of Durst’s Tau 330 digital UV inkjet label press for short and medium run narrow web applications.

 Manish Mehta, managing director, Reifenhauser India said, “FDI is like a boon to the label printing industry, the industry has been growing at 15-18% and enjoy a unique and dynamic space in the Indian packaging industry.
