“It has been just a matter of few months since we installed the Ricoh Pro C7200x. However, in such a short span we experience a drastic improvement in our print production and innovation because of this new digital colour production press,” Uttam Singh, proprietor of Shagun Graphics. He added that the advanced features of Ricoh Pro C7200x helped the company find a new gateway to a whole new level of printing and production.
On the whole new paradigm of printing and productivity, Singh emphasised, “Yeh sab Ricoh technology aur Monotech ki dua se hua” (It all happens by the grace of Ricoh technology and Monotech).
In addition to the new Ricoh Pro C7200x from Monotech Systems, Shagun Graphics’ facility is equipped with other presses and printers, which include digital large-format eco-solvent printers and a couple of Xerox C70 production presses. “After all, we have gained a new traction in digital printing using the new Ricoh press’s advanced features such as the fifth colour station for adding additional effects and textures to graphics,” Singh said.
He added, “We are effectively using the fifth colour station to enhance graphics in tags, stickers, labels, etc, and we receive good responses from our customers for the innovation we create using white toner and more.” The fifth colour station encompasses seven additional colours, white, gold, silver, neon pink, neon yellow, clear, and invisible red. This capacity of additional toners plus the existing CMYK gamut makes Ricoh Pro C7200x an epitome of 11-colour printing which Shagun Graphics is currently exploiting to the fullest.
Other features of the Ricoh Pro C7200x include its speed and high-quality print outputs. It runs at the maximum speed of 85-ppm. Highly flexible to take in a broad range of light and heavyweight materials, it is compatible with media up to 360-gsm, delivering crisp, clean, and vibrant prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x4800-dpi.
Established in 2007, Shagun Graphics is backed by a team of 15 staff. The company caters all sorts of commercially printed end products like business cards, fliers, brochures, tags, catalogues, calendars, etc. The company is also commended for visual communication & signage graphics printed on eco-solvent printers. “We always move ahead for capturing new verticals using capable machines like Ricoh Pro C7200x from an authentic, amiable and all-time supportive supplier like Monotech Systems,” Singh concluded.
