RMGT 920 at Noida’s All Time Offset Printers
Noida-based All Time Offset Printers (ATOP) has installed its first brand new offset press, the RMGT 920, a five-colour sheetfed offset press, which can print sheets of 25x36-inches. The equipment, which is running the printers for the last one month, is also equipped with semi-long delivery facility.

“We opted for the long delivery printing press because our printed sheets get more time to dry and we can easily add IR system whenever we will require it in the future,” said Kailash Jajoo, CEO, All Time Offset Printers.
Jajoo said the Ryobi Mitsubishi Graphic Machinery installation is a part of the company’s expansion plan. “In 2013, we went for green field expansion and bought our own land for the facility. Of course, we tried other printing presses but we found the Ryobi team to be genuine and supportive,” he added.
Jajoo, originally from Maharashtra, started with a public call booth and stationery printing facility in 1996 and later added screen printing to his facility. The first generation printer said as MNCs and IT companies have sprung up in Noida, the company is getting more and more work. And, to grow gradually, the company later installed mono and multi-colour printing presses and post-press equipment.
“We were the only stationery printer in Noida to offer services round-the-clock. So, we named our company All Time Services. When we started focusing solely on printing, we converted the name to All Time Offset Printers,” Jajoo said. Today, the company prints 24x7 and employs around 50 people.
Optimistic about the future, Jajoo said the market is good and growing. “The printing business is all about how you manage your stuff,” he said, adding, “With the new RMGT 920 Press machines, we are expecting 100% growth.”
ATOP, a books and commercial printer, has expanded its post-press facility to double its existing equipment. While the company currently outsources its CTP plates, Jajoo is planning to opt for an in-house CTP system soon.
