Robatech emphasises on green technology

The company displayed Concept Greenline Serie gluing system and SX-1 Diamond, the fully insulated hotmelt head.

Kishor Butani, chief executive officer and managing director, Robatech India, said, “We have emphasised on safety and saving energy with our Concept Greenline Serie system, which saves up to 17.4% of energy costs. In addition, the SX-Diamond head consumes 60% less energy as compared to conventional heads. The brand owners demand green technology from their vendors and Greenline Serie will help the converters to suffice these requirements by gluing ecologically.”

The energy saving is incurred as application head and adhesive distributor are fully insulated. Thus much less heat is radiated to the environment. In addition, the hose diameter is reduced to 6mm from earlier 8mm. The insulation also adds to the operator’s safety.
