Roland DG to launch two new printers in India at the Media Expo Mumbai 2014
Roland DG India will be using the Media Expo 2014 as a launchpad for Roland’s two new printers, the VersaCAMM VS-i printer/cutter and VersaUV LEF-20 desktop UV machine. The show is being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon from 14 to 16 February, 2014.

The new eco-solvent VersaCAMM VS-i series, the latest offering from the VersaCAMM range offers an advanced print head technology, ECO-SOL MAX2 inks with light black, metallic silver and high-density white ink options and an integrated print and cut functionality. “Available in 30 inch, 54 inch and 64 inch model, this versatile printer is capable of producing an exhaustive range of applications including retail POS/POP displays, exhibition graphics, posters, banners, signs, labels, wraps, interior décor, window, wall and floor graphics, fine art and heat transfers for garment decoration,” said Davies.
VersaUV LEF-20 desktop printer is an exciting new profit-making device for printing onto 3-D objects, according to Davies. The LEF-20 enables the user to print onto industrial components and electronic devices. The printer is capable of accepting media up to 538x360mm in width/length and 100mm high. The printer can virtually print any item, including substrates such as acrylic, wood, board, metal, plastic, PET, ABS, canvas and even soft materials like TPU, leather and fabric.
Apart from these, at the show, Roland will also be showcasing the eco-solvent dual-CMYK RA-640, the SOLJET PRO4 XR-640 and the eco-solvent 64” wide XF-640.
