Rotatek appoints Provin Technos as their new dealer

Vinay Kaushal, director of Provin Technos, said, “Label industry in India is on growth pattern and there is a good scope for Rotary Offset printing presses in this segment. We see good opportunities in coming time. It is a new segment for us but our experience with offset definitely will help us.”

“Our focus is on establishing customer satisfaction on whatever products we handle. To do so, we have to go very systematically and hence we do not have any target to add any new more products at this moment till this gets established,” Kaushal further added.

Provin Technos is going to be the exclusive distributor of Rotatek for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. It will also provide for sale of new machines, service and supply of spares for the existing customer base. The deal was inked on 2 May, 2013.

Vinay Kaushal and N Pradeep, the two partners in the new company, have a decade of experience in marketing and technical personnel in Proteck. The new dealer of Rotatek consists a team of 17 people and are based out of Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

“We have full support from the Rotatek’s technical as well as marketing team. With this partnership Provin and Rotatek will ensure the best quality service and support to all existing and new customers in the country. No specific targets but as we did set our targets in case of Mitsubishi, first and foremost important target for this year is to achieve total customer satisfaction to the Rotatek existing customers,” said N Pradeep, director, Provin Technos.
