Royal Offset Printers installs Duplo with TechNova support

According to Vikas Arora of Royal Offset Printers, the company decided to opt for the Duplo DDC-810 because of its Japanese make and due to TechNova’s handholding. “I have known TechNova for a long time and I trust the service of its team. I am relaxed whenever I buy a machine from TechNova, as I know their taskforce will be present whenever I need them,” Arora said.

Arora said he is impressed with the Duplo DDC-810’s compact size as it fits in a small space. He is also happy with its direct to print capability as it can process prints without lamination and also with its speed. The machine can handle 1260 A3 sheets per hour.

Royal has been using the machine for short-run production of different jobs, such as business cards, invitation cards, brochures, catalogues, booklets, book covers, etc.

“Since the installation of the machine, footfall has increased, and our customers are looking to see what we can deliver,” Arora said. “We are looking to deliver quality products, not cheap output.”

Arora family with Duplo

Royal Offset Printers, which believes in making premium quality products, offers all commercial jobs for corporates and walk-in customers. It has a complete offset and digital setup. Beside the Duplo DDC-810, its recent investments include Xerox Iridesse press and Duplo DC-646 slitter/ cutter/ creaser.

Arora said he is happy with the machine. “The software is very user-friendly. It takes less than a minute for changeover of jobs,” he said. “We are also satisfied with the installation process and the training schedule. I am also grateful to TechNova for helping us design jobs at pre-press level,” he said.
