Royapet install takes Canon's TN tally to nine

Royapet Digital Press is a subsidiary of 21 year old Executive Document Centre, a photocopying and digital press company.

Speaking on the occasion K B Varma, managing director of Executive Document Centre, said "After scouring the market for quite a while, we zeroed in on the Canon Imagepress keeping in mind the objective of the investment."

He added: "A growing demand from our corporate clients for quicker deliveries and a constant increase in volume of print were key factors which drove us towards adding the Canon Imagepress digital production press."

The machine was inaugurated by Dr  Oscar C Nigli, member of the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly. He also initiated the first job on the press.

To-date Canon has nine installations of the Imagepress variants in Tamil Nadu.
