Santi Arts has recorded all its arts created in the past 30 years in the form of open files in a six set DVD. “These artworks can be printed directly without any additional finishing process by screen, offset, and digital among others,” said PM Jain, chairman, Santi Arts Group.
Established in 1960, the company has been in the screen printing designing and advertising business for more than 50 years. It was also the recipient of the PrintWeek Fine Art Printer of the Year in 2014 among other national and international honours.
“I started my career as a commercial artist, designing and producing serigraphs of ancient and contemporary paintings. The production of these art replicas was a challenging task back then. As we wanted our prints to be extremely artistic, realistic and authentic, we were able to produce only 150 artworks in three decades; our team of seasoned artists worked day and night to create these masterpieces. The process also required substantial investment,” said Jain.
The collection up for grabs include Kalamkari, Tanjore, Mysore, Orissa, Rajput, and Mithila art creations among others. “Our style of paintings are most suitable for Art Gallery interior decorators, commercial artists, wallpapers producers, calendars and greeting cards manufacturers,” he said.
“Our art prints are well received in India and exported to Spain, UK, the USA and Germany among other countries,” he concluded.
