Santosh relies on Komori for quality tag printing
Barhi, Sonipat, Haryana-based Santosh Print Solutions has purchased a five-colour Komori Enthrone 29-inches sheetfed offset printing press. The machine has been running on the company shopfloor for the last few months.

Ankush Jain, managing director, Santosh Prints Solutions, said the machine installation has paced up the production manifold. It has also received positive reviews for the quality.
“The printing speed of around 13,000 sheets per hour has made us meet the production deadlines well before time,” Jain said. “The after-sales service of Komori is commendable. User support system is also well in place.”
Jain said Santosh believes in and strives to provide competitive, qualitative and sustainable end products. Recently, the company launched RFID tags and has stepped in packaging as well.
Besides the newly installed Komori, the company’s packaging and printing unit is equipped with three two-colour Heidelberg printing presses, four Konica Minolta digital printing presses (two mono and two colour) and RFID unit on the second floor.
The company has marketing units in Delhi Bengaluru Pune Ludhiana Punjab and Mumbai.

The company is FSC SEDEX, ISO, Higg Index Oekotex certified. The greener business ethos and model focuses on utilising recycled papers, FSC papers, mixed papers of various grades and colour, virgin fibre FSC paper, seed paper, recycled cotton scraps, recovered paper, post-consumer recovered paper.
With 90% overseas customers, the company produces 1 million paper tags and 3 million woven labels per day.
