In his presentation, Mukherjee discussed several facts so as to curb the unnecessary time. Some facts that he shared were; begin with an ending mind, determine the desired end result, set short term objectives for reaching goals and adjust objectives as conditions change.

He shared with the audience a graph by Covey, which is called Covey’s Quadrant. This quadrant basically classifies the four quadrants into urgent as quadrant 1, not urgent as quadrant 2, important as quadrant 3 and not urgent as quadrant 4.

“It is the quadrant one that every businessman should focus on to develop a good time management plan,” he said.  “Alternatively, focusing on quadrants three and four will lead to procrastination,” he added.

To avoid procrastination, break a large job down into smaller parts, he explained.

Finally Mukherjee’s presentation ended with him sharing a fact about Indian mentality. “Indians have a habit of not saying ‘NO’ to their clients,” he said. “Say ‘NO’ and mean it.”“This would be beneficial to avoid false commitment, avoid others expectations and saves others time,” he added.

Apart from this, Anjana Saha, national sales manager at Ricoh India shared the background of Ricoh’s corporate profile and insights on Ricoh’s products and offerings to the Indian printing and packaging fraternity.
