Without self-empowerment, women can’t achieve much

After marriage, I joined my husband's business which involves screen printing agarbatti (incense sticks) packaging and other commercial jobs. In my company, I am the co-owner, but if a need arises, I also operate our screen printing machine. It means I take responsibility of production in the case of absence of staff. I also help my husband Rajesh in production planning, time and manpower management.

I simply love screen printing! Our company still prints agarbatti packets although there are offset printing presses because some of the agarbatti (incense sticks) manufacturers prefer screen printed packaging and screen printing is the best way to do print decoration (value addition).

For me, women (naari) is a strength (shakti). Without her self-empowerment, women can't achieve much in her life. As I observed among our women staff, they are trustworthy and sincere in their work. Let the fragrance of women's virtues spread in the society.
