The fifth edition of the PrintWeek India Awards has its stage set to find Indian print's brightest and best companies. Last year, the Awards attracted 330 entries submitted by 116 companies, and was judged by a jury of 32 from the print buying and brand-building community. The deadline for the entry is 15 July.

The Packaging Converter of the Year, one of the 25 categories at Awards 2013, will honour the innovation in packaging sector.

Bobst India, which has been sponsoring the “Packaging Converter of the Year” since the inception of Awards in 2009, has extended its support once again this year. Bobst has also roped in as the sponsor for 'Student of the Year' category.

Venugopal Menon, vice president, Bobst, said, “Bobst has always been at the forefront in offering the best in class products and services to its customers in packaging converting business. We believe this enables our customers to produce innovative, green and cost-effective packaging, enhancing the brand value of the packaged products for their end customers.”

In the first four years, the award winners in this category have been Utility PrintPack (2009 and 2011) and Pragati Pack (2010 and 2012).
