Sevak Publications installs Horizon collator

The Chennai unit of Sevak Publications added a Horizon air suction collator (Vac 600Ha + CCR DX) to their comprehensive set-up.

“This installation is a part of our efforts to modernise our printing line and stack up full-fledged in-house production capabilities to ensure quality of the highest standards,” said N Balakumar, general manager of Sevak Publications.
 
The 59-year old company founded by K S S Raghavan publishes its flagship trade magazine Chemical Weekly, leaders in chemical and related industries news.
 
Ravi Raghavan is the current editor and publisher of Chemical Weekly and Vijay Raghavan is in-charge of circulation and administration.
 
“Sevak Publications and associated companies constitute perhaps the only group in India catering exclusively to the needs of the chemical industry and we are triumphantly entering our diamond jubilee year in 2014,” said Balakumar.
 
“We have a weekly circulation of 20,000 copies worldwide,” he added.
 
The Horizon air suction collators are considered the fastest in the class with their unique rotary suction feeding system, which operates effectively on a wide range of paper stocks and it comes with features like double feed detect sensor, image checking system etc.
