“We have so far installed the machine at Mumbai-based Orient Press, Rukson Packaging, Forum Print and Lynx at Noida. The response has been encouraging as the clients see great value to the machine in their press floor,” said Rakesh Sodhi of SGS.

The single/double head stripping machine comes in three sizes with maximum stripping area ranging from 680mm x 450mm to 1080mm x 780mm and works at a speed of 15 to 25 times/minute.

“This machine can completely eliminate the manual stripping process which is time-consuming and at the same time prone to errors. Since it uses a hydraulic system, we can assure the failure rates are going to be very low,” added Sodhi.

Recently, SGS completed the sixth installation of their dry lamination machine from KDX at the Saptagiri Packaging plant in Silvassa.

SGS also represents Rogler MIS software from Austria, which is successfully running at Concord, Vadodara.

Last month, a special open house was organised at Hotel Sayaji, Vadodara, to promote advantages of the Rogler MIS software. Keynote speakers were Hannes Rogler, CEO and Beatrix Blab, CFO of Rogler International, along with Arshad Menon and Kayyum Menon of Concord Printing (Pravin Printing), Vadodara.

"We have received tremendous response from leading printers of Vadodara who attended the open house and were provided in-depth knowledge about the advantages of Rogler MIS software with respect to planning, monitoring, production scheduling, costing, stock management, invoicing, ganging", said Sonal Sheth of Daya Sheth Printograph.
