To boost its overall volume, quality, and productivity, Mumbai-based Shiv Graphic recently invested in two Canon ImagePress V1000 back-to-back.

The Lower Parel (W) unit of Shiv Graphic was incorporated in 2014 by three business partners, Ramesh Chamariya, Kalpesh Ravat, and Gaurav Ravat.

“When we started receiving increasing demands for graphic prints that stick out amid crowds, we explored options of machines that could meet the requirement. Finally, we found the Canon ImagePress V1000 as the right option,” Ramesh Chamariya, director, Shiv Graphic, said.

He added, “To meet the increasing demands for a higher volume of quality prints from our customers of diverse profiles, we have unveiled our Sanpada unit in Navi Mumbai, where we installed the second Canon ImagePress V1000. These two highly versatile digital colour production printing machines have enabled us to produce more graphic applications with superior print quality.

A strong team of 55 people take care of the overall printing and production of commercial prints and others at Shiv Graphic’s Lower Parel (W) and Sanpada units. “Other than commercial graphics, we deal in the printing of larger graphics for signage and promotional display applications using a line of digital large-format printers,” Chamariya said, adding, “What we endeavour is to provide every print solution that our customers require.”

He said, “When it comes to commercial printing, our two Canon ImagePress V1000 digital colour production machines are vigorous enough to handle everything. You name it, we are now capable of producing it, be it business cards, brochures, catalogues, cards, fliers, etc.”

The Canon ImagePress V1000 supports diverse media ranging from 52- to 400-gsm to deliver graphic prints in resolution of 24,00x24,00-dpi at the speed of 100 A4ppm.
