Chaitanya Kejriwal has taken up the post of joint managing director. He will be responsible for the financial operations of the company and will head the Design Park. The Design Park is Parksons Packaging's creative initiative.

Siddharth Kejriwal, speaking about the management re-structure, said, “My father, Ramesh Kejriwal, has steered our packaging business and created Parksons' identity. Our accountabilities and responsibilities are changing day by day within the organisation."

"The re-structuring is a message to the market that our operational roles within the organisation have changed," he added.

Speaking about his father’s current role, he said, “My father has assumed the role of a vision-setter and a strategic guide. To a large extent, he will not be involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the business.”

“I am fully engrossed in the daily operations, sales and marketing, and buying. We felt that the change in designation should reflect it. In terms of our daily activities, there are very few changes but the restructuring brings a renewed energy to deliver what one has been given responsibility for,” he concluded.

The new management structure was effective from 1 April, 2014.
